He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Duggan and Beverly Duggan (Kingsley); and his brother Robert Duggan. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy-Jo Sokal (Todd) and April Duggan; and his siblings, Bonnie Bennett (Earl), Michael Duggan (Sue), Kathy Natale, Jeanne Hubbard (Frank), Vicky Rossi (Dominic) and Lisa Hustis (Anthony). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. (68 Main St, Hudson Falls, NY 12839).
