She was predeceased by: her parent Peter Bombard. She is survived by: her parent Mary Bombard (Quarters); her spouse Theodore A. Breault, Sr.; her children, Melody Ann Breault (Ed) of Hudson Falls and Theodore A. Breault, Jr.; her wife Patty of Washington; her grandchildren, Steven Mattison (Karen), Debra Jean, Tory Deckert (Ron), Ashley Weaver (Scott), Justin Breault (Laura) and Adam Lee Breault; and also, Kane M. Breault of Hudson Falls and Terry L. Breault. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
