With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ernest Underwood of Hudson Falls, New York, who passed away on October 4, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard R. Underwood and Katherine Underwood (Hill); his wife Joan F. Billetdoux; and his siblings, Clarence, George, Ralph, Philip, Harry, Charles Underwood, Emma Parsons and Katherine Cominsky.
He is survived by: his children, Bonny Smith (David), Terri Ireland (Bob), Carol Merritt (Bill), Mary Lovely (Wally) and Tom Underwood (Brenda LaPorte); his grandchildren, Edward, Daniel, Jill, Erin, Sarah, Kara, Sean, Josh, Bryan, Brett, Terry and Susan; his brother Leo Underwood (Diantha); and his sisters-in-law, Doris Underwood and Beverly Underwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
