It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Roach (Hudson Falls, New York), born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo W. Roach and Catherine Roach (Fraser); his sister Marie Paling (Robert); his parents-in-law, Thomas and Mary Sweet; and his siblings-in-law, Penny Ortiz and Jerry Sweet.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Roach of Gansevoort; his stepdaughter Kelly Fitzsimmons (Scott); his grandchildren, Mary and Ryan Fitzsimmons; and his sisters-in-law, Susan Gilbert (Roger), Ellen Kelly (Steve) and Louise Sweet. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Memorial Mass is postponed to a later date to to COVID in the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Hudson Falls Rotary Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 250, Hudson Falls, NY 12839.
