He was predeceased by: his father Scott Steenken; his grandparents, Ed and Audrey Steenken; and his uncle Richard Wendell, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Mary Steenken; his stepmother Linda Steenken of Florida; his grandparents, June and Dave Benway of Glens Falls; and his siblings, Alexis Evans (Duane) of Kentucky, Marissa Steenken of Hudson Falls, Brandan Creeden (Jennifer) of Indiana, Shealynn Herold (Robert) and Charlie Gould. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
