She is survived by: her mother Meredith Schultz (Hess) of Hudson Falls; her sons, James Desousa, Jr. and Jackson Desousa; the father of her children James Desousa, Sr.; her grandmothers, Lacinda Hess of Queensbury and Claire Schultz of Fort Myers, FL; her sister Melissa L'Heureux (Luke L'Heureux); her aunts, Karen Hess of Saratoga Springs and Leslie Magnotte of Nashville, TN; her uncle Robert Schultz of Fort Myers, FL; and her nephew Niko.
