She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Rich and Sylvia Rich (Waterman); her son Jami M. Ovitt; and her siblings, Carol Rich, Debbie Rich, Howard Rich, Jr., Michael Rich, Robert McAuley, Jr. and Thomas McAuley, Sr..

She is survived by: her daughter Mildred McAuley of Hudson Falls; her husband Milford Ovitt; her grandson Cody M. Ovitt (Troi); and her siblings, Clayton Rich, Timothy Rich, James Rich, Sandra Rich-Kist, Penny Rich, Joyce Huntley, John McAuley (Florence) and Barbara Trombley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
