He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joan, Earl Haseltine and Nelson Walker. He is survived by: his fiancé Morgan Wheeler; his parents, Juanita L. Haseltine (Walker) and Kerry E. Haseltine; his grandmother Alberta "Skip" Walker; and his siblings, Kara Leary and Chad Haseltine. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
