He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Ringer and Roberta Ringer (Cavanaugh); his brother William Ringer Jr.; and his parents-in-law, Joseph and Irene Allen.

He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ringer (Saint Paul); his children, Taylor Ringer (Connor Skeels) and Devon Ringer; his brother Kevin Ringer; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Anderson (Wayne Pombrio) and Bruce Allen (Cathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the charity of one's choice.
