She is survived by: her son Shane Myer (Sarah) of Howes Cave; her siblings, Charles Taylor, Jr., Lori Bretzke, Shari Klein and Terri Crumb; her grandchildren, Nicholas Vasta and Ashley Vasta; and her great grandchildren, Jeremiah and Colton.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Rose's memory can be made to the Animal Shelter of Schoharie Valley, PO Box 40, Howes Cave, NY 12092.
