He is survived by: his parents, Glen D. Gallup and Linda Marie Gallup (Socci); his wife Kathy Gallup (Truax); his daughter Lexi Bohringer; and his brothers, Daniel Gallup of Manhattan, KS and Jonathan Gallup of Central Bridge. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
