He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Jankowski Dominikoski; his brother Donald Dominikoski; and his siblings-in-law, Roseann Dominikoski and Richard Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Diane K. Dominikoski; his children, Christine, Robert Lewis of Horseheads, NY, William J., Windy Dominikoski Jr. of Macedon, NY, Michael and Nicole Dominikoski of Niskayuna, NY; his grandsons, Kyle Lewis of Rochester, NY, Drew (Max Dominikoski), Matthew and Jacob (Nathan Dominikoski); and his brother James Dominikoski of Elmira, NY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
