He was predeceased by: his wife Guyla; his brother Theodore Ersly; and his daughter Linda Lee Ersly. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kimberly Welliver of North Carolina, Scott Cruttenden of Pennsylvania and Mark Cruttenden (Lisa Grim) of Pennsylvania; and his great grandchildren, Makenna, Brady Cruttenden, Alesha, Brittany, Kaitlyn and Joshua Thatcher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
