Briggs of Horseheads, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive Briggs and Dean Briggs. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Anne; his children, Cheryl Hollenbeck (Michael), Michelle "Shelly" Lankowsky (Paul), Kathy Byrnes and Mark Briggs; and his grandchildren, Scott Briggs (Amy), Kerri Munley (Marc), Eric Hollenbeck (Marybeth), Bryan Herrmann (Kim), Matthew Herrmann (Sandra) and Rebecca Douglas (Chad). He is also survived by his 18 great grandchildren; along with many extended family and dear friends.
