We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2022, at the age of 84, Thomas Kane Rutan (Horseheads, New York) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Kane Rutan to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank B. Rutan and Esther Kane Rutan; his brother Bill; his sister-in-law Janet Rutan; and his brother John.

He is survived by: his wife Mary K. Kapp Rutan; his son James Rutan (Lisa); his grandchildren, Ashley and Jacob; his son Edward Rutan; his grandson Joseph; his children, Laura Rutan, Marjorie (Scott), Isabella and Gavin; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Wise, Diane Yungstrom (Eric) and Gary Kapp (Sues). He is also survived by several extended family members and a host of friends.
