With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas Deegan of Horseheads, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Thomas left this world on August 6, 2024 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thomas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Deegan and Hannah Deegan (Connors); and his wife Patricia (Pat). He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Susan) of Big Flats, Mary (John Egan) of Maple Grove, MN and Michael (Dolores) of Lynbrook, NY. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Our Mother Church (816 W Broad St, Horseheads, NY 14845). A burial will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Our Mother Cemetery (816 W Broad St, Horseheads, NY 14845).
