He is survived by: his mother Judy Yontz; his partner Sandi Lewis; his siblings, Scott Lewis (Rachel), Stanley Lewis (Maggi), Stacey Lewis and Marlene Lewis; and his stepdaughter Lisa Russell (Chris). He is also survived by five step grandchildren and one step great granddaughter and extended family.
