He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Ann Smetanka. He is survived by: his father Tom Smetanka; his siblings, Brett Smetanka and Dawn Smetanka (Bob Drake) of Horseheads, NY; his nieces, Brittany Sandore and Kaitlyn Rodabaugh; and his nephew Cory. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
