It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Noe of Horseheads, New York, born in Shelby, Ohio, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Creed Jones and Dorothy L. Jones (Hope); her spouse Dallas G. Noe, Jr.; and her siblings, Stanton A. Jones, Carol Hope Mitchell (Jones) and Nancy L. Dietze (Jones).
She is survived by: her son D. Brian Noe (Michele); and her grandchildren, Lauren of Winston-Salem, NC. and Dallas of Winston-Salem, NC.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
