She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean S. Kelly and Arlene Smith; and her brother-in-law Ward Brown. She is survived by: her sisters, Nancy Brown and Donna Kelly; her nephew Greg Brown (Jennifer); her great-nephews, Matthew of Texas and Jonathan Brown of Texas; and her close friend Denise Blint.
In lieu of flowers she would love to have donations to the Chemung County Humane Society and SPCA, 2435 State Route 352, Elmira, NY 14903.
