We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2024, at the age of 96, Rosalie Cox (Horseheads, New York), born in Elmira, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Ludwig and Mildred Carpenter Ludwig; her husband Francis Cox; her children, Ann, Frank, Bridget and Michael Cox; her brother Ralph Ludwig; her children-in-law, Julie Cox and John Rosettie; and her sister-in-law Janet Ludwig.
She is survived by: her children, Ramona Patrick, Yvette Cheuvront (Steve), Patrick Cox (Kay), Matthew Cox (Cindy), Christopher Cox, Mary Rosettie and Amy Cole (Greg); her sisters-in-law, Dorothy McInnis, Eleanor Woodard and Mary Cox; and her daughter-in-law Susan Cox. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren and 15 great great grandchildren.
