He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Baker Sr. and Jean Jacobs Baker; and his brother Donald E. Baker. He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Baker of Horseheads, NY and Stephanie Baker of Horseheads, NY; his brother Albert E.; his sister-in-law Maria Baker Jr. of Palm Beach, Florida; his nieces and nephews, Carroll Bennett, Michael Baker and Albert B. Baker; his great-niece Everly Bennett; and his great-nephew James Baker. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
