He was predeceased by: his father Charles Dayton; his father-in-law Michael N. Berlozan; and his brothers-in-law, Lafayette Miller and Clifford Harvey. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Brink Dayton; his wife Ceceilia A. Dayton; his children, Nicole L. Dayton Evans, Joshua M. Dayton, Justine M. Dayton Hoffman and Cordell Holmes; his grandchildren, Derek Micheler, Trenton Dayton, Correion Holmes, Alena Holmes, Lincoln Holmes, Quinn Holmes and Nova Holmes; his siblings, Dan Dayton and Charlene; his brother-in-law Tom Talley; his mother-in-law Colista Berlozan; his siblings-in-law, Pat Beemer, Ruth Payne, Mary Case, Al Miller and Donna Seymour; and his nieces and nephews, Kali Dayton and Travis Dayton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
