He was predeceased by: his wife Madeline Westlake; his son Gary; and his grandson Chadd. He is survived by: his son Martin Baldwin (Mary) of Horseheads; his daughter-in-law Glenda Baldwin of Bartlett, TN; his granddaughters, Kristen Baldwin of Horseheads, Melissa Phillips of Memphis and Samantha Baldwin of Memphis; his sister-in-law Pauline Titus of Jacksonville, FL; and his friend Beverly Flisnick. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
