With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Sempler of Horseheads, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on October 9, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Verus Sempler and Clara Sempler (Fritz); and his brother Vance. He is survived by: his brothers, Bob (Lisa) and Carl Sempler (Joan); his children, Ronald (Diane), Jerry (Penny), Daniel Sempler (Kathe), Karen White (William) and Nancy Berry (Rick); his grandchildren, Sarah, Ryhan, Tiffani, Nichole, Dustin, Cory, Melissa and Michael; and his adoptive daughter Kathleen Cicora. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews; along with his special friend.
