He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Amberg and Dianne Opper Amberg. He is survived by: his children, Chelsea Lumpkin, Dylan Amberg and Cassie Amberg; and his brothers, Terry Amberg (Gidget) and Kyle Amberg.
