He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Annadell Blauvelt West; and his siblings, Prescott West and Barbara Havens. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Fairbrother West; his children, Annette Grindle (Blaine), Jeffrey West, William West and Wanda Capich (John); his grandchildren, Heather Kemp (Christopher), Christopher Grindle (Catherine), Brian Grindle (Laura) and Jeffrey West; his great grandchildren, Dominick Kemp and Brenton Kemp; his sister Bonnie Spencer (Larry); and his pets, Sadie and Jasmine. He is also survived by several extended family members, friends.
