She was predeceased by: her father Adam Ambrozik. She is survived by: her mother Linda Marie Hmiel Ambrozik of Martinsburg, WV; her husband Richard W. Kirby; her children, Chad Rood of Bath, NY, Carissa (George DuPay), Tara (James Fetherson) and Alexa Kirby; her grandchildren, Elaina Fetherson, Alivia DuPay and Isabella DuPay; her sisters, Dianna Ambrozik Conner of Lockwood, NY and Theresa (Terry Waxman); and her siblings-in-law, Kathryn and Thomas McGuire of North Tonawanda, NY. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
