He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Parks and Bridget Parks (Agnes); his sister Sharon Wood (Dennis); his wife Louise (Giacomi); his children, Debra Bott (Ed), Paul "Buzz" Parks, Jr. (Charla) and Patrick Parks (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Nicole Mahoney (Mark), Elizabeth Wieland (Seth), Braden Parks, Mackenzie and Erica Parks; and his great grandchildren, Ashlin, Eydie, Onalee Mahoney and Xenia Wieland.
