He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Wyak and Anna Wyak (Pauquette); his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Nancy Wyak; his stepchildren, Jon and Katie Mandeville; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Cozad and Vern Cozad III.
He is survived by: his wife Nannette; his children, Paul Wyak Jr. (Cindy) of Windsor, NY, Renee Conwell of Binghamton, NY and Andrea Holland (Matt) of Binghamton, NY; his stepsons, Keith Mandeville Jr. (Tara) of Hamburg, NY and David Mandeville of Mansfield, PA; and his siblings-in-law, David Cozad (Linda) and Carolyn Cozad. He is also survived by several grandchildren and one great grandson, many nieces and nephews.
