He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Manville and Ruby Douglass (Artman); his wife Barbara Douglass (Mahoney); and his brothers, Arthur, Royal, James and Hugh Douglass.
He is survived by: his daughter Diana Douglass of Wheeling, WV; his granddaughters, Katie Marcum and Alexi Walsh; and his children, Sandra Birch (Ray) of Vancouver, WA, Rev. Paul Douglass (Sheryl) of Geneva, NY and Karen Douglass of Bath, NY. He is also survived by grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and two (2) great-great-grandchildren as well as, several nieces and nephews.
