She was predeceased by: her husband Robert. She is survived by: her children, John Perkins (Debbie), Jim Perkins (Jo Ann), Mike Perkins (Ruth) and Katherine Griffin (Lennie); her grandchildren, Steven Perkins (Shannon), Matthew Perkins and Jill Engel (Will); and her great grandchild Rayla Perkins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Patricia's favorite charity the Salvation Army.
