Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patricia Helm (Horseheads, New York), born in Elmira, New York, who passed away at the age of 79, on March 29, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Passmore and Helen Morgan Passmore; and her brother Richard Passmore. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Jenkins (Lewis), David Joiner and Mark Joiner (Michele); her grandchildren, Andrew Joiner, Megan Peverall and Kelly Melligan; and her siblings, Harold Passmore (Myrtle), Phyllis Peters and Sharon Weaver. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
