It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann (Kerr) Watkins of Horseheads, New York, who passed away on June 4, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Kerr and Barbara Kerr (Mortensen); her husband John W. Watkins, Sr.; and her brother Richard Kerr. She is survived by: her children, John Watkins (Kerri) of Churchville, NY and Anne Fenton (Chris) of Horseheads, NY; her sister Sue Niles (Bill) of Wellsboro, PA; her brother-in-law Bob Watkins of Watkins Glen, NY; and her grandchildren, Ben, Andrew, Katie and Maggie.
