It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orlando Josiah Vargas of Horseheads, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on June 27, 2023, at the age of 5, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Orlando Vargas and Jessica Vargas (Kent); his brother Charlie; and his grandparents, Charles, Cindy Kent of Millerton, PA, Elizabeth, Carlos Velazquez of Bethlehem, PA, Orlando and Alex Vargas of Allentown, PA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
