He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vincent and Thelma Irene Kosty (Swartz); and his sister Sheila Dawn Allen. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Lawson; his sons, Norman E. Kosty (Linda) and Vincent F. Kosty (Heather); and his siblings, Gerald "Jerry" and Robin Jill Kroeger (Kosty) of Springtown, TX. He is also survived by friends, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make a donation in his honor to Norman's love of animals, especially cats, to the Chemung County SPCA.
