He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Webb and Katherine Webb (Urchak). He is survived by: his wife Carol Webb (Pike); his daughter Melissa Kelley (Kevin) of Elmira Heights; his grandchildren, Alaysha, Elizabeth Kelley and Melinda Lai (Andrew) of Budd Lake, NJ; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Krysta and Avery; and his brothers, Robert Webb (Janice) and James Webb (Roxanne). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
