He was predeceased by: his father John Amico; his wife Betty Amico; and his daughter Linda Amico. He is survived by: his sister Sallie Quinn; and his sons, Ken Amico (Mary) and John Amico. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
