She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Mosher and Phoebe Oltz Mosher; her son Michael Charles Merrill; her husband Ray Forker; and her granddaughter Lindsay Merrill.
She is survived by: her son David Scott Merrill (Melissa) of Millport, NY; her granddaughters, Ashley Ehrler (Jason) of Lindley, NY and Megyan Merrill of Millport, NY; her great grandchildren, Pearson Ehrler, Parker Schrage and Eloise Ehrler; and her granddaughter Kit. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
