He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Katherine; his siblings, Kitty (Pete), Annie (Fred), Tiney (Dick) and Michael (Cindy); his nephews, Larry, Tim, Matt and Brett; and his great-niece Jodie Kay.
He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Marty (Kim), Mary, Patrick (Caitlin) and Sean; and his grandchildren, Molly, Anthony, Ryan, Emma, Ellie, Céili, Colin and Fiona. He is also survived by extended family, and a wide circle of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Marty's name or to a charity of one's choosing.
