It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie C. Atkinson (Horseheads, New York), born in Athens, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 27, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Cole and Margaret Cole (Newbury); her husband Lester; and her daughter Christine. She is survived by: her sons, Lou (Maryann Atkinson) and Thomas (Jody Atkinson); her grandchildren, Christina and Jim Sarosy; her great grandchildren, Gehrig, Holden, Danica of Clay, NY, Melanie and Phil Metzger; her siblings, Douglas Cole of Liverpool, NY, Roberta Haus of Owego, NY and Charlotte (Wesley Smith); and also, Maggie Ann, Charlie of Schenectady, NY, David, Amber Atkinson, Gage, Asher, Parker Rae of Baldwinsville, NY, Matt, Nicole Atkinson of Campbell, CA, Diane, Nick Rinaldi, Chloe and Stanley of Peoria, AZ. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
