She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hodge and Lorena Southard Hodge; and her husband Harry Hetrick Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Karen Hetrick, Harry Hetrick Jr. (Debbie), George Hetrick, Bill Hetrick (Kathy), Sally Cory Jr. (Neil) and Belena Krusen; and her sister Lillian Reynolds. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
