It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lugene Biddle (Horseheads, New York), who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Biddle Sr.; her son Charles Biddle Jr.; and her siblings, Bonnie Strong and Michael Strong. She is survived by: her children, Randall Biddle and Tiffany Burns; her parents, Norman Strong and Eloise Strong; her siblings, Sally Cady of Horseheads, NY, Cindy Freas (Bill) of North Carolina and Ray Strong (Julie) of Horseheads, NY; and her friend Joanne Force (Herb Bowman). She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
