We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2021, at the age of 76, Louis A. Phillips of Horseheads, New York, born in Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Phillips and June Phillips (Fallon); and his siblings, Timothy Phillips and Robin Mills. He is survived by: his wife Amelia "Amy" Phillips (Ciarrocca); his children, Louis "Tony" Phillips, Jr. of Horseheads, Kim Elizabeth Conklin (Michael) of Breesport, John Timothy Phillips of Elmira and Mark Edward Phillips (Denise) of Pittsford, NY; his grandchildren, Amber, Samantha, Michaela, Rachael, Nicholas, Erika, Adeline, Linzy, Adarah, Zachary and Sophia; his great grandchild Kastian; and his sisters, Kathy Meloch, Kim Cumiskey of Ossining, NY, Wendy Shuster (Leo) of Elmira and Mary Phillips of Elmira. He is also survived by several nieces, nephew and in-laws.
Due to the current pandemic, no services will be held at this time.
