It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine C. Cobb of Horseheads, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Weseley and Grace Sadie Clark (Mattison); and her husband Laurence M. Cobb. She is survived by: her sons, Theodore Cobb (Cynthia) of Horseheads and Timothy Cobb of Burke, VA; her grandchildren, Chaela Dugat (Jake), Kyleigh Rogers (Wayne), Elizabeth, Ilhea and Dakota Cobb; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Talia, Charlotte and Carson. She is also survived by many extended family members and close, caring friends.
