He is survived by: his wife June Scott (Lusk); his daughter Christina Corum (Monty); his stepchildren, Laurence Scofield (Carol), Darlene Shearns (David) and Sandra Holland; his grandchildren, Steven Machuga and Charlotte Machuga; his great grandchildren, Christina Bowes, Nicole Machuga and Patrick Reynolds; and his significant other Banjo.
