He was predeceased by: his father Harold Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith; his daughters, Yvonne Tracy, Sheri Addy and Vicky Smith-Oliver (Keith Oliver); and his grandchildren, Danny Addy (Heidi), Matthew Addy (Nicole), Melissa Tracy, Emilee Tracy-Arm (Aaron), Dakota Smith (Pearl McKinley) and Daisy Smith (Ray Sanchez III). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
