He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Pamela Locke Shirley of Horseheads; his mother Kaye Miller (Pat); his children, Chris Roy (Julie) of Binghamton, Daniel Shirley (Geralyn) of Greece, Tyler Locke of Horseheads, Cassandra Snyder of Horseheads, Johnathon Shirley of Horseheads and Jackson Snyder of Horseheads; his siblings, Rick Jr. Shirley (Robin) of Windsor, Carolee Wright (Dean), Merilee Patak and Noah Troup; and his grandchildren, Kaleb Wood and Kylie Janas. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
