We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2024, at the age of 80, JoyAnn K. Anderson of Horseheads, New York, born in Elmira, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine Ipri and Mary Kathryn Ipri (Sheehe). She is survived by: her brother Richard Ipri of Elmira; her former husband Martin Anderson of Dahlonaga, GA; her brothers-in-law, Edward Anderson and Francis Whitford; her nephews, David, Martin and Phillip Whitford; her cousins, Joan Osborne and Keith Douglass; and her friends, Mary Yusko and Judy Rice.
