With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Ruhmel (Horseheads, New York), born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on February 11, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Robert Jr and John Jr.; and his brother-in-law Larry Clark. He is survived by: his wife Janet Ruhmel (Kolcun); his sons, Joseph II Ruhmel (Kathy) of Greenfield Center, NY, Jeffrey Ruhmel (Ammie) of Oneida, NY and David Ruhmel (Kim) of Horseheads, NY; his grandchildren, Cassidy, Tyler, Jack, Maggie, Preston, Collin, Natalie, Nathan and Owen; his brother Richard Ruhmel (Donna) of Lutz, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Clark, Iolani Ruhmel and Robert Kolcun (Patty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.
